How information is handled when you use this website and send an inquiry.
Who is responsible

Information processed
An inquiry contains the name, work email, optional phone number, organization, subject and message you enter, together with a receipt reference and time. If you opened the form through a labelled campaign link, we also save the platform, campaign and content labels with your inquiry. We use these to assess which publications bring relevant inquiries; we do not attach browsing history or a full referring-page address to the inquiry. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit abuse. Do not submit sensitive personal information or system access credentials.
Purpose and basis
We use this information to assess and answer your inquiry, take requested pre-contractual steps and protect the website from abuse. Professional correspondence is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business inquiries, or requested steps before a contract where applicable. Inquiry details are not automatically enrolled in marketing communications.
Retention and access
Inquiries are stored in the website’s protected system and are accessible to the administrator authorized by Axistra. When email forwarding is enabled, a copy of the inquiry is sent through a business SMTP provider to Axistra’s designated business mailbox. When the staff inbox is reviewed, the system removes website inquiries with no update in the preceding 12 months. Subsequent contract documents and email correspondence are held separately according to their purpose and applicable requirements. Expired abuse-control records are removed when the form or inbox is next used.
Infrastructure providers
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, security and inquiry storage. Axistra email uses Microsoft 365. Processing outside the European Economic Area may occur under the providers’ applicable contractual safeguards.
Cookies and external content
Only after you choose “Allow analytics” do public pages use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and inquiries. Before that choice, we do not load Google Analytics or send analytics events to Google. Rejecting analytics does not affect the website or inquiry form. Platform security cookies are separate. External websites have their own policies.
Analytics and your choice
After consent, Google processes technical visit data, including the IP address used for the connection, device and browser information, approximate region, cookie identifiers, the public page visited, and contact or successfully received inquiry events. We do not send your inquiry name, email, phone, company, subject, message or reference number. We remove arbitrary URL parameters and use only predefined campaign labels. Advertising personalization and Google signals are not enabled. The private inquiry inbox is excluded.
Cookies, retention and withdrawal
We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days using localStorage. After permission, Google may set _ga and _ga_* cookies with a lifetime of up to 180 days, renewed on visits. Withdraw consent through Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. This stops future measurement and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site without discarding an inquiry draft. Previously transmitted data is not automatically deleted; contact us for a deletion request. Google Analytics is provided by Google; processing outside the EEA may occur under applicable contractual terms. See policies.google.com/privacy for details. Analytics does not load when JavaScript is disabled.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. Contact k.bojkov@axistra.net. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg.
