Material handling connects equipment that may operate at different rates and with different readiness conditions. A conveyor project therefore begins with the product route, transfer points and what should happen when an adjacent machine is waiting or unavailable.

We define conveyors and handling together with their sensors, pneumatics, controls and robot interfaces. Product dimensions, stability, surface sensitivity and orientation shape the layout, alongside access, cleaning and maintenance requirements.

The scope defines the mechanical transfers and the control behavior together. Required flow, product variants, accumulation and interfaces are evaluated for the actual line; acceptance conditions are agreed before performance is claimed.

The process comes first.

We work with different manufacturers and platforms according to customer preferences. We assess compatibility with existing equipment, maintenance requirements and technical scope before proposing the solution.

What we define together

The activities and documentation are defined by the requirements and agreement for the project.

Practical questions

Is conveyor speed enough to specify throughput?

No. Product spacing, loading, transfer times, accumulation and adjacent operations also affect the flow. Define throughput for the intended product mix and operating conditions.

Can the system include a robot or inspection station?

Those interfaces can be included in the assessment. Product position, readiness signals, cycle timing and the response to an inspection result need a common definition.

What should I send if the layout is not finalized?

Share the current process, approximate product route, equipment positions and space constraints. A preliminary sketch can identify the questions that need further measurement.
